· Established Shunrong Machinery Factory (mainly producing assembly machinery base machines and universal knife sharpening machines)

· Changed its name to Yuan Jinming (Y.J.M) Machinery Tools Co., Ltd. to produce adjusting reamers, hand reamers, slope reamers, center drills, etc., and various cutting tools.

· Taichung Wuri Factory completed and opened

· The new factory in Daqing was completed and moved to the current location. And renamed the company Cheng Hui Machinery Tools Factory
